Weekly Workout Wrap Up

regret-that-workoutThis week I finished Livefit Trainer Phase 1. It also marks the most consistent I have ever been in my life with lifting weights. I love running, but it seems I love lifting even more! These four weeks have been challenging, but doable, and it has made me really excited to see what Phase 2 will bring. Here’s my wrap up of last week’s exercise: 

Monday, July 4, 2016 IMG_2415Leg day! And Happy 4th of July. My gym was closing at 1:00 pm today because of the holiday, so I got up (early for me) to get my workout in before the day’s festivities began. Oh. And I wore my Chucks today because trying to squat in my running kicks has been awful.

Tuesday, July 5, 2016 IMG_2459 (1)Back and Biceps tonight! This has become my favorite workout of the week. Mainly because I feel like a beast when I climb onto this machine: IMG_2456I don’t even know what it’s called. But it is FUN!

Thursday, July 7, 2016 IMG_2561MOAR LEGS! And upping my selfie game. And upping my weights! {I moved up from 25 pounds during my squats to 35 pounds. Baby steps!}

Friday, July 8, 2016 IMG_2588Delts and Abs {and my last day of Phase 1}. Also, I learned something interesting tonight: My gym closes at 10:00 pm on Fridays. Whoops. I moved as fast as I could to get as much done as possible in 20 minutes and then I finished the ab work at home.
