Last week was a bad week for fitness and macros. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday were fine, but Wednesday was “Date Night”… followed by several days of laziness, bad eating, and a general lack of motivation. It happens. Normally, when I spiral out of control, I spiral for weeks on end. However, this time, I’m happy to report that I was back in the gym and moving by Monday.
I wasn’t going to do a weekly work out wrap up for last week because of my general laziness, but then I thought, “Do it! You worked hard those three days.” So, although this wasn’t my best week, here’s my wrap up:
Tuesday, July 19, 2016 Leg day! My squats suck. My big thing right now is working on form and then I’ll start to add in weight. Also, I really struggled with lunges back in the first couple of weeks, but I’ve been adding in weight slowly and there’s been no knee pain.
And that’s it for last week. Because I didn’t finish out the week I decided to repeat it this week, so I’m still working on week 6 of Livefit Trainer currently. But more on that next week…
