Happy Wednesday, everyone! December sure is flying by for me. It’s get colder, darker, busier… harder to stay motivated to work out. Lucky for me I like my daily endorphin fix. 🙂

I ran one mile on the treadmill (I’m still #RWRunStreak-ing) and then did my lower body strength training routine.

3.1 mile run on the treadmill. The original plan was to run 3, but I was sooooooo close to a sub 30 5K, so I booked it as fast I could for that last tenth of a mile. I didn’t make it. Wah wahhhhh.

7 mile run on my favorite running loop. It was glorious to get outside and just go. Afterwards I had a cup of hot chicken noodle sop from Wawa. It was glorious!

I ran one very slooooooow mile on the treadmill and then did a quick lower body strength training session during my dinner break.

2 mile PR!  WOOT!!!!!! {I’m running a two mile race in January with my brother and this year I plan to whip his butt!}
