Weekly Workout Wrap Up

IMG_2657I am happy to report that I am still trucking along on my Fit Girls Guide 28 Day Jump Start Challenge. I’m still not exercising quite as much as I would like {I make too many excuses}, but my eating has been great and I think that is why I’m seeing so many positive changes. 

Monday, April 27, 2015 



Back to the gym for my lunch break workout session. I did upper body strength training and then a 20 minute run on the treadmill.  I’m happy that I’ve been relatively pain free in the knee region the last couple of weeks.  I’m feeling positive, friends!

Tuesday, April 28, 2015 



Today I did a lower body strength training session at the gym.  It was a great workout and it’s awesome to be able to leg press and dead lift pain free. Now I just need to work on my selfie game.

Five minute walking warm up, 20 minute run, five minute walking cool down.  It felt great!

I met with a pulmonary specialist today {looks like I might have asthma} and never got my workout in.

A big fat nothing. Boooooooo!


-Two strength training sessions
-Two 20 minute runs


I had really wanted to exercise more, but I lost my motivation mid week. {I have always done this and need to work on breaking that cycle.} I’m hoping for a better job exercising this week.

I really loved this week’s meals and ate really well.
