Weekly Workout Wrap Up

What a crazy week. Last Sunday I was diagnosed with an inner ear infection that definitely put me out of commission. I ended up taking Monday off from work, having my mom come over to watch Dax, and being a lazy bum in my bed. It was glorious. Because of the illness, it wasn’t a super productive running week, but I did get in two runs.

The run was good, but I was absolutely exhausted by the time I was done. I also realized that I needed to give myself a few more days of rest.

On a super exciting note, I joined the Hogwarts Running Club, was sorted into Ravenclaw {#Ravenclawesome}, and will start running with the Charity Miles app to earn my House points! {#somuchgood} Look for that update next Monday. Until then…
